Savory Tofu Pancakes

Savory tofu pancakes • my dad saw how dubu buchim took off and started sending me tofu recipes haha. But when I saw the video of this recipe I felt so compelled to try it, and it was good! I think my body needed something light and healthy. It was developed by this grandma in Korea (Cooking Star on yt) trying to use healthy ingredients in tasty ways so her granddaughter could eat better. I hope this takes off as well :) food made with good intention always taste different.
