Grate potato and add flour until doughy. Refrigerate.
in 3 cups of water, add smashed garlic, all your veggies
Boil until veggies are cooked (10 minutes)
Pull apart and flatten dough into flakes and cook until slightly transparent.
season with soysauce, salt, and fishsauce (optional)
Make sure dough is cooked by sneaking in a taste!
