Tangsuyuk Pork Pancake

Recipe originally by @horihory_

I immediately had to try this recipe once I saw this on my IG feed full of Korean recipes, since it was the most genius shortcut to making one of my favorite Chinese-Korean dishes. Normally tangsuyuk is a bit of a hassle to make (as is any deep fried dish), since you have to batter and fry each piece of pork until crispy, and then either dip it in the sauce or pour the sauce over the pork.

here’s the video to my previous classic tangsuyuk recipe

BUT this recipe allows you to massage the ooblek dredge onto the pork, and press it into a pancake so that you get two sides of ultra crispy pork (which seems enough crisp for me for the simplicity of the process). anyway, here’s the recipe!
