sodduk sodduk sauce (sweet and spicy)
Ingredients
dduk
mini sausages, or large weiners cut to same size as the dduk
sauce:
1 Tbsp gochujang
1.5 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp soysauce
1/2 Tbsp water
mix the sauce ingredients, and microwave for 30 seconds
microwave the dduk for 20 seconds if it’s frozen
in alternating order, thread 3 each of the dduk and sausages in a skewer
deep fry the skewer for about 3 minutes on each side (until the dduk is crispy on the outside)
smother the sodduk sodduk with the sauce
