sodduk sodduk sauce (sweet and spicy)

Ingredients

dduk

mini sausages, or large weiners cut to same size as the dduk

sauce:

  • 1 Tbsp gochujang

  • 1.5 Tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 Tbsp soysauce

  • 1/2 Tbsp water

  1. mix the sauce ingredients, and microwave for 30 seconds

  2. microwave the dduk for 20 seconds if it’s frozen

  3. in alternating order, thread 3 each of the dduk and sausages in a skewer

  4. deep fry the skewer for about 3 minutes on each side (until the dduk is crispy on the outside)

  5. smother the sodduk sodduk with the sauce

  6. enjoy
