Perfect Soft Boiled Eggs
I don’t know about you, but ever since I’ve learned this, I have not hard-boiled eggs ever. EVER. :) you’re welcome. xoxo
fill about 1/2 cup of water in a pot. water should only cover the bottom of the pot.
when the water comes to a boil, take out eggs from the fridge, cold, and place them into the pot.
time 6 minutes for runny yolk like above, 8 minutes if you want firm but molten yolk.
after 6-8 minutes, soak the eggs in cold water.
when completely cooled, carefully crack the egg on all sides, and peel under running water.
