Jook
Blend the rice and water in a blender for 5 seconds (a bit less than a puree)
Add to pot, add water to just cover the rice
Add silken tofu, break it apart
Boil while stirring 5-10 min until thick, season with salt
Add a fried / poached/ soft boiled egg
add sesame oil, soy sauce (1 tsp),
Or, season / add toppings to your preference
