Ingredients

1 cup of already-cooked rice
2 cups water
1/2 cup silken tofu
Salt
Egg
+topping of your choice (minced pork, shrimp, minced veggies etc)

  1. Blend the rice and water in a blender for 5 seconds (a bit less than a puree)

  2. Add to pot, add water to just cover the rice

  3. Add silken tofu, break it apart

  4. Boil while stirring 5-10 min until thick, season with salt

  5. Add a fried / poached/ soft boiled egg

  6. add sesame oil, soy sauce (1 tsp),

  7. Or, season / add toppings to your preference
