Ingredients

  • Thin sliced pork (also works with tofu, chicken, beef)

  • Chopped onions

  • 2 tsp grated ginger (or to preference)

  • 2 Tbsp Soysauce

  • 2 Tbsp Mirin

  • 1 Tbsp Sugar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • Scallions for garnish

  • Egg

1. Cut the pork to bite size, stir fry on oiled pan with sugar and ginger

2. when the pork is halfway cooked, add soysauce and mirin

3. Add onions and stir fry until everything is evenly coated. Add sugar to taste

4. Serve over a bowl of rice with some sesame oil. 

5. Top with a fried or poached egg (See my tutorial) and scallions. Enjoy

add a poached or fried egg on top, if you’d like. Or, you can add a raw egg yolk
