Okonomiyaki
Chop up cabbage finely in food processor or by hand.
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, nagaimo, and water
Add the cabbage and mix
On a heated oil pan, add a ladle full of batter and heat until bottoms are fried and golden
Flip, cook another 3-4 minutes
Add mayo, okonomi sauce (2 tbs ketchup , 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sugar), and bonito flakes Enjoy :)
