Sweet Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • Korean sweet potato, baked

  • boiled egg

  • salt

  • mayo

  • minced carrots

  • dried parsly

  1. toast bread with butter on a pan

  2. in a bowl, mash baked (350 45min) or boiled sweet potato.

  3. add tiny bit of salt, mayo, minced carrots, dried parsly, chopped boiled egg
    mix, spread on toast. enjoy

bake 1 Korean sweet potato at 350F, for 45 minutes, or boil /steam 30 minutes, until you can easily stick a chopstick into it.
