Ricotta Cheese

Mix everything
Microwave 4 minutes
use a cheese cloth, or kitchen towels, then drain the water from the cheese!
donβt touch, let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes. 10 minutes gives you creamy ricotta, 15 minutes will give you a more solid texture.
spread it over toast with honey, olive oil, and toasted nuts. (get creative!)
