On a cutting board, dice the onion and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces
Cut the sausages into smaller pieces (if you're using mini sausages, you can cut them in half and make three slits at the bottom — they’ll look like octopi when they're cooked!)
In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ketchup together for the sauce
Drizzle some oil into a heated pan and add the veggies (onion and bell pepper) and a dash of salt
Stir fry the veggies in the pan until they’re slightly wilted
Add the sausages into the pan and stir fry them on high heat until they’ve browned
Pour the sauce into the pan cooking everything on high heat (continuously stirring so nothing gets burnt)
Once everything has been mixed together, dish out your serving, and enjoy!
